Hiring Policy

Once you decide to hire THE QUARTETTE ACCORD, THE ACCORD TRIO, or THE ACCORD DUO for your wedding or special event, we will need to secure a signed contract as well as a non-refundable deposit in order to reserve your chosen date and time.

If you need assistance finding other musicians, we will be happy to refer you to a singer, cantor, trumpet player, keyboard player, etc.

In addition, we will ask you for contact information (names, e-mail addresses, phone numbers) for any outside musicians with whom you wish us to perform so that we can coordinate plans with them. (also see F.A.Q.'s)

Then, within four to six weeks of your wedding day or special event, we will schedule a consultation session (preferably in person at the home of our business manager) to work out all of the music details (also see F.A.Q.'s).

IMPORTANT: Remember, we cannot perform outside in the rain, in the direct glaring sunlight, or when the temperature is below 65 degress F./above 90 degrees F. You will need to make arrangements for an alternate rain or inclement weather location or provide us with a shaded/covered performance area in these situations.
