Hiring Policy

Once you decide to hire THE QUARTETTE ACCORD, THE ACCORD TRIO, or THE ACCORD DUO for your wedding or special event, we will need a signed contract and a non-refundable deposit from you in order to reserve a date/time.

If you need assistance finding another musician, we will be happy to refer you to a singer, cantor, trumpet player, organist, etc.

In addition, if you want us to perform with any of these other musicians (singer, trumpet player, organist), we will need their names and phone numbers so that we can coordinate plans with them as well. (also see F.A.Q.'s)

Then, within four to six weeks of your wedding day or special event, we'll schedule a free consultation with our business manager to work out all the music details, make sure we have clear directions to your site, etc. (also see F.A.Q.'s)

IMPORTANT: Remember - We cannot perform outside in the rain, in the direct glaring sunlight, or when the temperature is below 65 degrees F./above 85 degrees F. You'll want to have an alternate rain or inclement weather location planned or provide us a shaded/covered area in these situations.
